About

headshot2

From activist to Opera Singer to mother and writer, my life has been a colorful array of ever-changing creative experiences. Yet with every new endeavor, there has always been one unifying element: writing! When I worked as an activist I was constantly rewriting my “rap”. As an opera singer, I wrote grant proposals, publicity blurbs, production descriptions, donor letters, and fundraising materials, to name a few.

My current work is as a freelance writer. I write for different clients and freelance sites in a variety of genres and styles. From product reviews, web content, op-eds, speeches, music, medical, political blogs, articles on natural medicine, parenting, and nearly anything else I can easily research online!

Lately, I’ve been writing a lot of web content. I’ve created content for a rice manufacturer, essential oils company, an e-Learning website, an online t-shirt design company, and a mobile dating app site. I’ve also written blogs for medical and dental practices and many of my clients are repeat customers.

But, what I really want to write about is current affairs, especially in politics, more¬†posts on music, so I created this WordPress¬†site to let loose and write what I want to write, not just what I’m paid for. I’m also hoping to cultivate more like-minded bloggers on here, so if you follow me I’m likely to follow you, read your stuff, and maybe even comment!

~ feel free to do the same, as long as it’s respectful. I promise to do the same.
